Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn and apply software development fundamentals
- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications
- Write clean and well-documented code under guidance
- Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback
- Collaborate with team members on project tasks
- Debug and fix software defects with supervision
- Attend training sessions and skill development programs
- Document code and technical processes
- Support senior developers in testing and deployment
- Stay curious and continuously learn new technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong foundation in programming concepts and data structures
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Understanding of version control concepts (Git)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good academic record and strong fundamentals
