Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No Physical Shipping

We sell only software services and digital products. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping or delivery charges apply to any order.

2. Digital Products

Digital products bought on our websites or apps are delivered electronically and instantly to the account you used to make the purchase. A payment receipt is sent to your registered email address.

3. PlayTambola.Live Seat Bundles

• Seats are credited to your PlayTambola.Live account instantly once your payment is confirmed — usually within a few seconds, shown on the payment confirmation screen and in your seat balance.
• If your bank takes longer to confirm a payment, the order shows as Pending in Transaction history and the seats are credited automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within minutes and at most within 24 hours.
• A payment receipt / GST tax invoice is emailed to your registered email address and can be downloaded at any time from Account → Transaction history.
• Seats can be used immediately to host games with more than 5 players, and they never expire.

If you were charged but the seats are not in your account after 24 hours, email admin@guavatrees.com with your order number. Such cases are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The product's own delivery policy is at go.playtambola.live/delivery-policy.

4. Software Services & Project Engagements

Software development, consulting, hosting and support services are delivered electronically — through source-code repositories, deployed environments, documentation and online meetings — according to the scope, milestones and timelines agreed in the signed proposal, Statement of Work or contract for that engagement.
